Week 41 – Fusion

For fusion, I always think of a fancy restaurant with a huge variety of foods available, and interesting cooking techniques at play.

According to Pinterest, fusion is putting Asian ingredients in a taco and calling it fusion. That was the route I took, a bit, with Taco Pizza. It was an easy, quick night, with yummy food.


Liz, Caroline and I made it a team effort. We baked the pizza crust a bit.


Added some Refried beans.


Taco meat.


Cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and some green chiles.


Then back I the oven til the cheese was melts and ready to go.

Even though it didn’t feel like “high-minded” fusion, it was still delicious. I’d definitely make it again!

Next week is book-inspired and I am super excited!!
